Changing your Password

Can't log in or need to change your password? Don't worry - we make that simple!

Resetting your password from the login screen

The first way you can change your password is on the login screen. This is helpful when you can't remember your password, and need to reset it to access your account!

  • On the login screen, click "Cannot Login?"

  • On the next screen, enter the email address you used when you signed up for Recruiterbox, and then click "Submit"

  • An email will be sent to the email address you entered with a link to reset your password. Follow that link to a password reset page where you can enter your new password twice, and then click "Save Password"

  • You will then be logged in to your account. Next time you login you will use the new password you selected.

Resetting your password from within Recruiterbox

Maybe you're already logged in to your account, and you'd like to reset your password. We've got you covered there, too. Here are the steps to reset your password from within your account.

  • First, click on the arrow next to your initials to access "Personal Settings" in the upper right corner of your account

  • Select "Profile and Password"

  • On the next screen you can click to change your password

  • You will enter your current password, and then your new password twice. Afterwards, click "Save"

  • When your password has been saved successfully, you'll get a confirmation message

As an account Super Admin, can I change the password of other users?

Yes! Account Super Admin also have the ability to change the password of fellow users. Here are the steps to do this:

  • Click on the arrow next to your initials to access "Company Settings" in the upper right corner of your account

  • Select "Users"

  • On the right side of each user, you can click "Edit"

  • The user's details will display. Click "Change Password" to edit the password

What if I want to change my login email address / the email address where I receive notifications to?

We can change this for you on the backend! Please write to us at support@recruiterbox.com and let us know your current email address, as well as what you would like it changed to.
