Reporting on Interviews - Via Excel

Sometimes you need to take a look at the interviews occurring within your company. While this information can be seen by going into each candidate profile and scoping it out, that can be time consuming!

We don't want you to be spending your time sifting through profiles, so we have created the Interview Report in Excel!

  • Click the "Reports" icon on the left bar of your Recruiterbox screen

  • Next, scroll down to Excel Reports:

  • Here you'll see the option to generate an Interview Report:

  • Select a date range you'd like this data to be between:

  • Click Generate Report and we'll send the spreadsheet your way

What is in this spreadsheet?

When you open the spreadsheet you will see:

  • Opening Name
  • Candidate ID
  • Candidate Name
  • Candidate Email
  • Current Stage
  • Assigned To
  • Time of Interview
  • Interviewer
  • Time of Evaluation

This will allow you to keep track of the users needing to submit a review, where the candidates are in the hiring process and when the interview took place.
