How can I set up a different "Billed To" setting in the system?

At times, the person paying for your account may not be the same as the "Company Name" you would like displayed with your job openings.

Perhaps your corporate office pays the bill, and would like to be listed on the receipt.

As a default, Recruiterbox will display your "Company Name" (which also displays on your job openings) on the "Billed to" line of your receipts. To change this, any account Super Admin can make changes to the "Business Name" field under Settings > Company Profile:

Once edits are made here, the change will be reflected on your next bill.

Need to view your receipts? This can be done under Settings > Payment Receipts

Need to edit who receives receipt notifications via email? This can be done under Settings > Payment Receipts > Manage Payment Notifications

Need to edit your card on file? This can be done under Settings > Payment Setup
