Where do I find the reports?

You can access the reports via the navigation bar, on the left side of the window. Click on the bar graph icon to find them!

Visual reports are broken up into three categories:

  • Candidates
  • Openings
  • Users

In addition, there are the Excel reports - these are a combination of reporting on Candidates, Openings, and Users. Excel reports will be emailed to you directly as an Excel file, allowing you to take action, format, and use formulas to find the exact data you are looking for

Candidates Reports

The Candidates report share details on where your candidates are in the hiring process.

Candidate Sources: Where are your best candidates coming from?

The candidate source report shows you where your candidates are coming from. Just because a source is bringing you a lot of candidates, doesn't mean it's bringing you high quality candidates. This report also helps you see which sources are bringing you quality candidates, through filtering by how far they made it in your hiring process. Use this report to refine where you'd like to concentrate your sourcing efforts.

Candidate End States: Where do candidates end up in the hiring process and why?

In most hiring workflows, most candidates end up without being hired. Each application that does not potentially turn into a hire costs the hiring team valuable time.

This report contains two views:

  1. Decision Reasons - why the decision was taken on a candidate. Review decision reasons to see how to alter your job description, application form, or hiring plans to reduce the number of non-fit applicants that are applying to your positions.
  2. Decision Rate At Stage - at what point in your pipeline the decision was made on a candidate. Use the decision rate at stage to review when candidates are exiting your hiring process. Inefficient hiring process will show the majority of decisions in the first one or two stages of hiring - and only a few candidates progressing in to later, more time intensive hiring stages.

Stage Movement: How fast are candidates moving through your hiring stages?

The stage movement report helps you to understand how long candidates are spending, on average, in a particular stage. Use this report to help eliminate bottlenecks or speed up slow parts of your hiring process.

Organized by opening, you can compare your average times across openings, to determine where your outliers are in your hiring speed. Great candidates are won through an awesome hiring process - and they don't stay on the market long.

Compliance Reports: Responses to EEOC questionnaires

The compliance reports contain two different reports:

  1. EEO-1 Report - anonymized data organized by opening
  2. OFCCP Report - identifies which candidate answered the particular EEOC questions.

Use these reports to help your team prepare data for your own EEO regulations.

Openings Reports

The Openings reports share details on your openings.

Hiring Pipeline: How does your hiring pipeline look for each of your openings?

Organized by opening, you can quickly see how many candidates are in each stage of the hiring process, as well as decisioned states.

The Hiring Pipeline Report has two views:

  1. Current Snapshot - shows you where candidates are right now in your hiring process.
  2. Funnel View - helps you see how they've progressed through your hiring stages overtime.

Opening Activity: What has been going on with your openings?

This helps you to know how your openings are getting along individually, or compared to each other. Use this report to get an overall view of what is happening in your hiring process, from an opening level.

Time to Hire: How long do you typically take to hire a candidate?

The Time to Hire report allows you a glimpse at the time it takes for candidates to move through your hiring process. This report displays the time it takes from the point of application, until a candidate is marked as hired.
